yeah, sadly, it's cold and windy again now. oh well, it was nice while it lasted...

and you're right moj, my frame of reference has been shifted. the weather here is waaay more humane than chicago -- though not quite as warm as texas, where it continues to be in the 90s. :)

and patrick, way to see the silver lining in such a frightening phenomenon. ;-)

Dudette, it was _96_ in Kansas City last week while we were in Tampa. My parents were LOVING IT - coming to Florida to get AWAY from the heat.
