Here's my Week 14 belly shot:
The start of my second trimester
I told you I've been eating. My profile looks strangely similar to that of someone a trimester ahead of me, except that I'm not arching my back. Oh well, I'm sure it will be arching soon enough.

Also, I wanted to share this beautiful and amazingly tiny orchid.
I wish I could remember the name of this orchid
I don't think I reveal enough how often and how much I'm bowled over by the abundance that nature offers here, especially in the floral realm. A friend brought these from her yard. Those of you who know me know how small my thumbs are, but even if I had big thumbs, it's still a small flower.

Something else I realized after watching Lost tonight (and seeing this post confirms the realization): you are blogging from _Hawaii_.

Now, it could be the late hour or just me being strange, but somehow when I read your blog it's still on my computer, in my house. Does that make any sense? The internet doesn't feel like a place. Add the fact that I've never been to Hawaii, and it seems all the more surreal. Which is why I just now realized it. Like, when your fingers are typing your entries, they're in _Hawaii_. Where's Keanu Reeves when I need him?

I am happy on many fronts right now. First, George and Meisa are going to meet in a couple of weeks which will be very much fun. Second, LOOK AT YOUR BELLY, SHOKUFEH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So sweet!!! I'm just ecstatically happy for you and Sam. *sigh*
