Tooting my horn

I know, when you got your November issue of the American Journal of Public Health, you were so excited that you flipped through it, quickly skimming the pages. Now that you finally have a moment to really absorb the articles and read every word, you're wondering to yourself, "Is the Shokufeh listed as co-author on the lead poisoning article, the same one whose blog I read?" Yes, it is I. Finally, more than two years since I worked for the City of Chicago, a publication to my name! Though, I'm embarassed to admit, I let my APHA membership expire and just saw the article yesterday, thanks to my coworker's membership.

Seriously though, it was a nice reminder of the good people I've gotten to work with in fighting the good fight.
