New necklace

Last weekend, I made this necklace.

I wanted it asymmetrical, but I'd anticipated that the larger flower would hang in the center. It turned out the reverse. I now see it's because the weight in the shell flowers isn't that different, despite the size difference, and the way I knotted the leather cord is a major factor. I think I'll try again.

Such a good idea! Those shells are really nice. Yes, an asymetrical necklace like this would probably require one shell to be significantly smaller than the other...but I think you can pull it off. What about 3 of them instead of 2?
