Sound Princess / Wizmark

Thanks, Julia. for bringing this article to my attention:

Royal flush covers loo blushes

Doesn't have the added benefits of a loud fan, but seems like a good idea.

Update:
I guess the people who've known me for a long time know what I like. Later in the day, without seeing the above, my Dad also sent me a toilet-related article. This one's for the guys:

Gee Whiz, It's a Talking Urinal

Shokufeh... how WEIRD is this:

To chime in, albeit a bit late, another area to look into (an extension of the San Francisco area) might be Monterey or Santa Cruz. And Berkeley could be fabulous--though I wonder if those markets are fairly well saturated. All beautiful places with very vibrant artists' colonies. In addition, have you considered adding another shop in the Chicagoland area at some point--like, say, Naperville? Lots of well-to-do folks out in that area. And I wouldn't have to swear on the Eisenhower as I try and drive to Oak Park (moved out west from Evanston last year and have been suffering ever since without a Peet's or a Paper Source right nearby).

And don't forget Portland, Oregon.

Beyond that, I'm surprised that no one mentions Canada. How is the market in Toronto or Montreal? And what about the UK? I'm from the UK originally and I can say with some confidence that your shop would do very well over there. You have to start thinking globally, right?

Cheers,
Ladan

Oh, how I miss Paper Source! I used to live in Evanston and Chicago (and worked down the street from the Oak Park location)and spent many an hour in your stores. Paper Source is always on my to-do list when I visit a city with one.

It's probably too much to hope for a store here in Honolulu, though I think it would do very well. (I could see one fitting in nicely in the Kaimuki neighborhood.) So, in anticipation of where I might move in the future, I add my voice in with those who previously suggested Atlanta.

The first post is ME. And remember me? Ladan, a Baha'i from the Chicago area? I'm pretty sure you've been in my house for dinner. Or something.

Anyway, while we don't know each other very well, we do have lots of friends in common and everyone talks about you all the time.

I just find the coincidence too amusing! :)

Hope you are well. I'm going to the Paper Source warehouse sale this weekend and will pick something up on your behalf.

Cheers,

Ladan

Small world! Eventually paper-loving, blogging, and the Baha'i community had to collide. Wait, I guess that describes a number of people. But, yes, the randomness of visiting that blog right after you is funny.
