My oldest jeans

Today, I'm wearing jeans that I've had since 7th grade - 19 years! The way they fit me has evolved, but they still go on. They're not trendy and bootcut, but I think they look okay. I've lost the ability to tell if they look really dated.

What's your oldest piece of clothing?

It's strange, but I have a plain black cotton t-shirt that I've been wearing since junior high...that belonged to my mother before me. Unfortunately the darned thing is falling apart. Sigh.

19 years! thats a feat! I have a few t-shirts from high school, but they're sleep wear only shirts really now. I also have a pair of adidas shell tops that are 6 years old now...but 19 years, thats something to brag about.

Shokufeh! Seriously, that is amazing that you fit into a pair of jeans that old. Wow!

I've had a blue camouflage shirt that's been in my possession since the 9th grade. As well as a grunged out flannel shirt and a t-shirt that read "St. Paul Central Pep Band." Most of them don't venture out of the house much, except for the camouflage deal.

oh wowie....my oldest piece is a shirt I'm using now as sleep wear. It once went as regular long-sleeved men's tee - that was somewhere in 1993...

i'm pretty sure i have others, but the only one that comes to mind right now is my 6th grade class t-shirt...class of '91. i guess that would make it 13 years old. and i still wear it out!

Don't be impressed. They used to be baggy. Now they're not. I like to think that used to be a little longer on me, but who knows?
