Lunch-time purchases

I just bought some cool American Filmmaking stamps at the post office. I was thinking, Oh, I can show these to Sam when I get home. And then, I realized, No, I can't. That will have to wait until next week.

I also bought a fresh avocado bubble drink. It's about 5,000,000 calories. Too bad I'm sitting at my desk and not, say, swimming around the island.

the link didn't work for me. which ones are they? i am in the market for some new stamps and hate to just use the boring ones, even if they are going to pay bills.

How does that work...I've never heard of an avacado bubble drink. Do they just puree the avacado or something? That sounds kind of not good....but at the same time if they made it into bubble tea then it's got to be good. What a paradox.

OOhh, hey did you see the <a href="http://shop.usps.com/cgi-bin/vsbv/postal_store_non_ssl/display_products/productDetail.jsp?OID=2458623&BV_UseBVCookie=yes target=_blank"> American Bats stamps</a>?

Yeah, the bats are nice. Very dramatic. I can't seem to make a link that works. But they're the American Filmmaking ones.

On the subject of the avocado bubble drink - yeah, it's pureed avocado. It was okay. I was hoping for something with a little more flavor, but at least I satisfied my curiousity. I used to make an <a href="http://www.thehawaiichannel.com/foodandrecipes/449247/detail.html','width=450,height=225')/"> avocado frappe</a>, that involved pureed avocado, but also had fresh lime juice, brown sugar, and rice milk. That was tasty.
