It's high time I got around to posting this; I've been sitting on these photos for a week. Last weekend we surprised my friend Carol for her birthday. Her husband and my friend and coworker, Alfredo, took her out under the guise of running errands while Edsel, Vivi and I used the spare key to sneak in, decorate, and cook. It was a fabulous affair, filled with laughter, friends, food, games, singing, and of course dancing. I highly recommend surprising your friends; it's becoming one of my favorite pastimes.
Is that a game of dominoes I spy in the pic with you in it?? My parents would be so excited to see this, they are dominoes fanatics. I even own a set somewhere...hmm...it is kinda fun...maybe when you come up we'll have to play if it's a rainy day or somethin'. :)
Posted by: lacey at May 9, 2005 12:44 AMWhy yes, yes it is! Alot of Latin and Caribbean culture finds its way to Florida, and dominoes are a big part of that. As far as playing in Chicago, bring it on!

Posted by: +mojan. at May 9, 2005 11:51 PMMan, you guys make me want to get on a plane in a few weeks. But, since I mentioned it, I guess it wouldn't be a surprise. Nor would it be reality.
