Time Travel

I couldn't resist one more. Check out this conference. Only an MIT student could conceive of it. There are some mind-blowing realizations you'll have just by thinking about it. For instance, what happens if May 7, 2005 passes by and no time travelers show up?

Well, if no one shows up, the time travelers will have read that in the history books (hopefully, or noticed its conspicuous absence) and won't bother to show up either. I wouldn't want to be the only person at the party would you? I mean, your chances of getting any action go straight down the tubes, and you know that would be the only reason to show.
