actually, freezing our truffles was the result of something someone said during a visit to ethel's chocolate lounge last week when steve and i were in chicago.
i think it's a phrase that will catch on. "it was so cold, we froze our truffles." try it! (although it's not really cold where you are right now. ahem.)
