my, how time flies
Especially when you're having fun. Although I'd hardly call the work I'm doing pure "fun" - nevertheless, as you well know, I have a penchant for making any kind of activity supah fun. So, there.
What is up, yo?! Let me tell you something. It is sunny outside today, not a cloud in the sky except your random stray cumulus cloud every few hours, it's hovering around 60 degrees, and it's Saturday. I am sitting at Bongo Java (an awesome little cafe I frequent) enjoying a decaf soy mochahontas and an egg sandwich with a friend, reading my most favorite book in the whole world right now (Field Notes on the Compassionate Life by Marc Ian Barasch), and truthfully - even though there are so many things I could list that are not 100% "on" just now - I am supremely happy. Whatever that means.
And after all... finding what happiness means for me is what this journey is about anyway. So, yeah.
There is so much more underneath the surface here. This will have to suffice for now until I can find my writer's voice again. I think I hear it whispering... I'm going to try to get it to speak up a bit.

D, Just listen to your heart and let your voice whisper or even just be quiet right now if that's what it needs. After all, even our soul's journey goes through it's seasons and the quiet winter is followed by a melodious spring! love you lots! k

Delara! Found you through a mutual blogger buddy's list (Lacy). I'd heard you made your way to the Ville. Drop me a line sometime so we can hang (julietseals@hotmail.com). Btw, well we live right down the street from your frequented coffee shop Bongo Java! It's a wonder we haven't bumped into you yet. Look forward to hearing from you soon...Hugs, Juliet.

"Supremely happy". I love that phrase. Especially when coupled with a mochahontas. Congrats on the supremity.
