As of 11:55 this morning:

  • minutes of cardio: 40
  • miles run at the gym: 1.5
  • miles on the eilliptical: 1.75
  • muscle groups worked: 5
  • ounces of water consumed: 48
  • miles driven: 6.2
  • new refrigerators to be installed in my apartment: 1
  • cars that cut me off in traffic: 3
  • phone calls received or made: 5
  • times my stomach has growled: 20
  • eggs eaten: 2

That's a lot of exercise!
My list would look something like this:
- minutes spent sitting:
- trips to the bathroom:
- amount of food and drink consumed:

And the answers to all? Too many/much to count.

I like this post, you'd think it's mundane, but for anyone who's curious, it's insite into your goings about on just an average day, kinda' neat. And dang yo', some mindfullness! those are exact numbers that I couldn't remember if I tried!
