Haave Mercy-Care

(subject line to be said as if one were Uncle Jesse).

St. Peter's Hospital Mercycare campus - I'm still waiting for my parking spot to be lined. I've hit another stretch where I feel like I'm there more than I'm anywhere. My Primary Care Dr, Dentist, Obgyn, and Surgeon all have their offices there. This week alone I had or have appointments with three of em. Next week however, hoo boy I get to go to the Surgery Center instead. Whatever will I do when I don't have to circle the parking deck three times before I find a space three minutes after my appointment time?

So yeah, finally having that needed bit of surgery. Irony here is, I had already set aside some days off - just to be that - off from work. Perhaps get a million things done - perhaps not. Just not be there for a bit. Well now I get a few more of those days off, and the perhaps not won. Actually I'm pretty sure that once I can function (probably day 4 or so of recovery) I'll be all over the internet again, nothing else to keep me entertained and all. Meh. I'm not entirely worried about it - more or less just severely not looking forward to it. I have to wear a hip binder for a few days to keep the stitches from moving - and I enjoy saying 'hip binder' so yeah - there I go - fun.

Anyway - next wednesday. Anesthesia. Stitches in my bum. Hip Binder. Narcotic pain reliver. Woo.

Are you going to carry around one of those donuts for a while, to sit on wherever you go?
