Eeek! Tonight begins the Fast!
This year, more than a general awareness of the passing of time and what the calendar tells me is goin on... I know its the Fast because my mind is swamped and overactive like none other. Every passing thought seems to get analyzed til I understand why I thought it or why I felt it. It's hard to determine whether thats good or bad most of the time. But right now it seems to fit perfectly.
i so feel you on this one, abs. i think it might just be something about moving from winter into spring - newness or something. or not. but i'm with you on the overactive brain thing at the moment.
